We’ll do a semi-scaled version of this CF Games Regional WOD. We’ve lowered the weight on the deads and are having the guys jump the 18″ long-wise. There will be a 21 minute time cap on the WOD (just like in the Regionals). Only a few athletes in the world finished this workout. This should be fun!
