Laura and I spent Friday afternoon and evening shopping and then ALL DAY Saturday in our kitchen. The payoff- we’ve got some great meal for the next 30 days! Coach Kara tried out this Once a Month Meals for her family and we decided to put it to the test as well. It’s a lot of work up front. After we start eating the meals, I’ll let you know if it was worth it. If you want some feedback or tips, just ask! We didn’t do it exactly like they suggest with one day each of shopping, prepping and cooking. Some of our process was slowed down by needing to prep. Overall, I don’t think the prepping and cooking process was too bad. It’s especially helpful that they lay out each step for you to do. This would be a great way for a family on the go to get good, paleo food without a lot of hassle (at least after it’s done!)
