The FORGED CHALLENGE is well under way! Our leaders are Adam Arredondo for the guys at 80 points and Mistie Underhill for the gals at 205 points! This week, we change the game a bit and turn it into power production for distance. Let’s see what you guys have got!

FORGED WEEK 2 CHALLENGE-

STANDING TRIPLE JUMP

You will have two chances per class to perform a max distance triple jump. Starting from the line, each athlete will make three consecutive jumps for max distance. Score will be total distance (in inches) from the start line to the closest body part (heel, hand, elbow, etc).
