As CrossFitters, we’re good at a lot of things. We can push ourselves to the limit and drive to get one more rep even when we’re exhausted. Give us a kettlebell, a barbell or a pull up bar and we’re good to go. But tell us to run…for distance…no thanks.

A lot of CFers seem to feel that way. We like it short and sweet. Intensity. I get it. I remember back when I was following main site WODs in 2008 and they posted a 10K. The forum went crazy with a bunch of whiners. I really didn’t care because I don’t mind zoning out and doing work. Two days later…another 10K. I giggled. It was great!

If you’re one of those CFers (or nonCFer) who hate running, HAVE I GOT A DEAL FOR YOU! We’re going to run.

Starting Wednesday, January 11th CFW will be offering a FREE Running Group. We’ll start at 6pm from the box (101 S College St.) every time and run to the park or around town. We’ll cover things like fartlek, tempo, intervals, pacing drills, pre-hab (rehab before you get hurt), etc.

YOU WON’T WANT TO BE MISSING THIS!!

And since it’s free, you can bring along friends, family, co-workers, and anyone you know that wants to tune up their running.

CLICK HERE for details you can send to them.
