Attitude (ăt’ĭ-tūd’)– A position of the body or manner of carrying oneself.

And you thought it was all in yer head. Nope. Your attitude can start with your body. In fact, your mind takes cues from a slumped posture to go ahead and be lethargic. Your concaved chest collapses your lungs and keeps you from breathing in the vital nutrient known as air. And volia- you’re depressed, tired, beaten.

Now try the opposite, sit up straight. Breathe in. Head up. Yea. That’s better. Didn’t that feel good. Try and stay that way. You’ll get more done and you might just feel better.

Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. -Winston Churchill

Some serious attitude.
