CrossFit Corsicana, CrossFit Quo Vadis and CrossFit Waxahachie are teaming up to bring our members a Paleo Performance Challenge!

This 5 week challenge will help you along your weight loss and fitness journey. We’ll give you the tools and motivation to help you succeed! Each week we will be sharing our “Fit In 5” tips on nutrition and working out that will boost your fat burning and get you to the next level.

Start: Monday, September 8th

Finish: Saturday, October 11th

Cost: $10 per participant

Cash Prizes for top 3 highest percent weight loss and most improved performance (amounts based on number of participants).

This challenge starts Monday, September 8th with a weigh in at your home box. On Saturday, September 13th we will have a baseline WOD at CrossFit Corsicana. Participants who are unable to make it to CFC on that date can perform the baseline at their respective boxes the following Monday or Tuesday.

In week 3 (September 27th) we will have a special WOD at CrossFit Quo Vadis in Ennis.

We’ll finish things up on Saturday, October 11th with a baseline WOD and final weigh in at CrossFit Waxahachie. Again, participants unable to make it to CFW will baseline and weigh in on the previous Thursday or Friday at their home box.
