Join the action ATB! (At The Bridge)
CrossFit Waxahachie offers a FREE COMMUNITY WORKOUT and we’d like to invite you!
What Is It?- The ATB workout generally consists of a good warm-up and then 30-45 minutes of movement- agility ladders, med-ball fun, kettlebells, running, etc. Movements are scaled for every level of ability.
When Is It?- We meet every 3rd Saturday of the month at 8am.
Where Is It?- We meet at the hike and bike trail under the viaduct in Waxahachie. Take Hwy 77 to downtown Waxahachie. Make a left on Madison then a right on S Rogers St. The trail is located just past the railroad tracks on the right. Parking is available on either side of the bridge.
