Jackie is a relatively short WOD. The goal here is to “know thyself.” How fast can you row 1k? How fast can you row 1k and still have the ability to pick up the bar immediately after to do thrusters? Can you go unbroken on the thrusters? If not, how will you break them up?
We’ve been talking quite a bit about WOD strategy lately with the Open coming up. Jackie is a great test to find some things out and see where you are. Get it guys!
