We’ve made these steaks a couple of times in the last month or so and they always turn out nice and flavorful. You might want to make 3-4 of these bad boys so double the recipe especially if you have a family or a Viking (see above pic) to feed. Since this marinade has lemon and pineapple juice, don’t marinate the steaks overnight. Apply it to the steaks 30 minutes before cooking.

Cuervo Glazed Ribeyes

Ingredients
16 oz Ribeye (2)
2 tsp Lawry’s Season Salt
1/2 clove crushed Garlic
2 tsp Lemon Pepper seasoning
1/2 oz Lemon and Pineapple juice
1 oz melted Butter
1/2 oz Coconut Aminos
1/2 oz Olive Oil
1 oz Jose Cuervo Tequila (or your fav)

Prep
1. Whisk Coconut Aminos and Olive Oil in a small bowl.
2. Mix all other ingredients except the Tequila together in another bowl and mix in the CA and Olive Oil mixture.
3. Apply to both sides of the steak and rub in well.
4. Grill steaks adding the Tequila to get a nice flambe to turn the steak golden brown.
