10,000 pounds

The goal is to lift 10,000lbs as fast as possible only using one rep at a time of the following lifts:

1 Squat
1 Press
1 Deadlift

*You can use any weight on the lifts and it can be done in any amount of rounds.
*You get two bars- 1 in the rack (squat/press) and one on the floor (dead).
*The goal is to lift 10,000 lbs (6500lbs for ladies).
*You can only do one rep at a time and must cycle through all three lifts to complete one round.
