Rainbow food everywhere!

My little girl turned 4 today! <sniff, sniff> We had a great time celebrating on Saturday with some of her cousins and classmates. She wanted a rainbow themed birthday and of course it included the standard b-day cake (which she barely touched- seriously, I ate more cake than she did!). We also included rainbow assorted fruits and veggie snacks. What’s so great about that? Hmm…naturally colored, full of flavor, full of vitamins & minerals, and very tasty! It was a win-win!

I started my CrossFit journey when we were expecting Clara. In fact, I spent much of the pregnancy doing mainsite 3 on, 1 off and building my work capacity and strength. One month before she was born, I got my CF level 1 certification. Good times, indeed. There were great things about to be birthed this time of year back in 2008!
