Off Week Reminder

This week is our Off Week at CFW.

If you’ve been nursing an injury or felt otherwise “beat down”- You’re welcome.

Please rest.

If you’re feeling up to getting some work in, we’ll have open gym on these nights-

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 – 7:30pm

We’re also having a Nutrition Class on Thursday at 7pm.

AND…don’t forget we’ll be hanging at Buffalo Wild Wings on Wednesday for the CF Games on ESPN2 starting at 7pm (it’s also Yoga Sarah’s B-day so that’s double the reason to be there!)
