A note from David on the upcoming memorial:

The memorial service for my dad will be Friday June 17, 2011 at the National Cemetary on Mountain Creek Parkway. Arrive and line up (in your car) by 12:45 pm in LANE ‘A’. At about 1:00pm we will be escorted to a pavilion. We won’t know which pavilion until that day. It will be a short service, less than 30 minutes. The honor guard will serve. The GPPD police chaplain will officiate and either me or my brother will speak, maybe both. Dress cool. Suits not necessary. Reception at my moms after. 2118 Rock Creek Dr. Grand Prairie, TX. 75050.

Two things-

You need to sleep.

You need to eat fat.

  1. My dad is in the darker uniform with the trousers bloused.

  2. Nice, pic! Honored to participate in this hero workout for sure!

  3. Thanks Coach Chris and everyone at CFW for the support after my dad passed. “Sarge” would have approved of the workout named for him. It was a great honor to me and my dads memory to have this workout named for him. May God Bless CFW, the athletes and all the workouts. Sarge would have loved seeing all the feeler being puninto his workout.
