In honor of David Griesinger’s father, Gerald, who passed on May 21, 2011.

On the minute:

Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep 95# power cleans every minute.

The goal is to complete 100 total power cleans.

*At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many power cleans as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep power cleans and so on until you reach 100 total power cleans.

A note from David on the upcoming memorial:

The memorial service for my dad will be Friday June 17, 2011 at the National Cemetary on Mountain Creek Parkway. Arrive and line up (in your car) by 12:45 pm in LANE ‘A’. At about 1:00pm we will be escorted to a pavilion. We won’t know which pavilion until that day. It will be a short service, less than 30 minutes. The honor guard will serve. The GPPD police chaplain will officiate and either me or my brother will speak, maybe both. Dress cool. Suits not necessary. Reception at my moms after. 2118 Rock Creek Dr. Grand Prairie, TX. 75050.

  1. Thanks Coach Chris and everyone at CFW for the support after my dad passed. “Sarge” would have approved of the workout named for him. It was a great honor to me and my dads memory to have this workout named for him. May God Bless CFW, the athletes and all the workouts. Sarge would have loved seeing all the feeler being puninto his workout.
