Of course, none of this is required but it sure will be FUN! That’s what the day is all about!!

We’ll have water and some fruit on hand for participants. If you need anything else, be sure and pack it.
Don’t forget things like chairs and towels for comfort. We’ll spend all of the time at BFC Saturday.
