I have a passion for all things fitness and love sharing it with others. With my background as a chiropractor, I believe it is of utmost importance that a workout program be safe. Because of the ability we have to teach proper movement and modify workouts according to ability, the functional movements we use in CrossFit are extremely safe, beneficial and effective.

An avid runner, cyclist and weight-lifter, I have competed in events ranging from 5ks to marathons, 10-100 mile bikes rides, and 5-20 hour adventure races. My most recent adventure had my brother and I riding a 5-day, 365 mile tour from Waxahachie to Lubbock. While I don’t specifically train for distance, I enjoy doing it. CrossFit is my training of choice because these power-packed workouts have proven to me that they have the ability to translate well to the endurance realm.

Teacher by day, Crossfit freak by night.  I graduated from Tarleton State University with a BS in Human Science.  In May of 2010, I began my obsession with CrossFit and haven’t looked back.  CrossFit has changed my life.  It is my passion to use the tools that I have learned in my own journey to train the members of CFW to strive to live true to their best self.  I love helping others tap into their potential and become athletes.  It is so rewarding to empower others with the ability to achieve their goals.
