200 Squats
Run 400m

This workout starts and finishes with a 400m run. The push ups and squats may be partitioned in any manner you choose.

Due to the CF Games Open we will not have our March ComWOD this Saturday the 18th. We will have yoga at 8:30am instead. Get your recovery on!
