100 Bar Over Burpees
100 Back Squats (95/65#)
100 Front Rack Lunges (95/65#)
100 Calorie Bike
Athletes must switch every 15 cals on the rower/assault bike. Teams may break up the squats and lunges as they wish. The weights listed are Rx’d for each team. Teams will be given up to 2 barbells (for men and women).
