Start at about 70% of your 1RM power clean and work up in weight by feel. If it’s heavy and your elbows are slow, work on technique. If things are feeling good, climb away.

50 Box Dips +50 Push Ups
If you have ring dips, get them done in whatever sets you need. If you don’t have ring dips, perform 50 box or bench dips plus the push ups. Break them up as needed.
