20 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
50 Double Unders

The Fronts Squat weight should be challenging but not limiting. The goal will be to go unbroken for the first set of 10 and only dropping 1 time in each of the next sets. Break the C2B into manageable sets. Finally on the Double Unders, take a breath, compose yourself and get going.
