Bear Complex

Each round consists of 7 Sets of the following sequence:

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

Complete 5 rounds for max load. Rest as needed between efforts.

The Open Workout MUST BE done by the 6:15pm class tomorrow. The available class times for the WOD will be:

6am/8:30am/5:15pm
*we will be unable to accommodate retries at 7:15am due to CF Kids class.

Scores MUST BE entered on the Games site by 7pm.
