Trifecta was a blast!

Coaches Kara and Chris will be taking on the workouts for the Masters Throwndown Series Deuces Wild event over the next two weeks. We’re going to share a couple of the workouts with you guys as good Games Open tests. Here’s the first one:


For Time

200 Double Unders
30 Front Squats (135/95#)
50 Burpees (over the bar)

Our weight for the front squats is 205/135# but we’re going to be able to use a squat rack. For this WOD today, you must take the bar from the ground. Scale the load as needed.
