Handstand holds/ Handstand Push Ups
Every 3 Minutes Complete:
10 Push Ups
Rest the remainder of the 3 minutes after the squats each round. If you do not complete the required work in the 3 minutes, keep a tally of your missing reps each round for additional burpees at the end of the WOD.
