It’s the last week of our FORGED CHALLENGE!! Who’s going to take the top spot?

FORGED WEEK 4 CHALLENGE-

“THE WEIGHT”

Row 200m then hold a barbell (185/135#) in the front rack position as long as possible. Score is total seconds in the front rack. In addition to the front rack time, each athlete has the possibility of gaining bonus points by completing the row quicker. Those points are as follows:

If the athlete has the bar off the rack before the-

40s mark = 25 bonus points
45s mark = 20 bonus points
50s mark = 15 bonus points
55s mark = 10 bonus points

Each athlete will have one chance per class this week to perform this challenge. EVERYONE will perform the FORGED WOD as a part of today’s workout. I’ll post an up to date top 3 guys/ girls tomorrow. GOOD LUCK!
