Big goals accomplished will cause people to take notice.

Let us not be content to wait and see what will happen, but give us the determination to make the right things happen. Peter Marshall

As you’re working on your 3 month goal for the wall, I wanted to give you guys some food for thought. I gained so much from the CrossFit Goal Setting a couple of weekends ago. It is our intention at CFW to help you guys develop into the “best version of you.” I can think of no better way than setting incremental goals and achieving them one by one. As you look back after 3 months, 6 months and a year of setting a achieving, I can only imagine how much further ahead you’ll be!!

Here are a couple of things I got from Greg Amundson at the seminar:

Goals give us direction. You need to focus on the direction you want to go in spite of the direction you might be currently going.

Opposition is an opportunity to define who we really are.

Set your sights on the goals you want to achieve. Write them down. Share them. We’re going to accomplish great things together!
