***Altered Schedule This Week***

There will be NO 8:30am or 4:15pm classes this week. You may join any other class you can- 6 or 7am/ 5:15 or 6:15pm.

I will be at the hospital all week with my best friend (aka my wife) as she undergoes some procedures. Prayers are welcome. Love you guys!

Back Squat 3×5 (add 5-10# from last week)

Burpee/ Swing Ladder (M 44/ W 26#- go higher or lower as needed)

In minute one perform 1 burpee and 1 swing. In minute two perform 2 burpees and 2 swings… Continue to 8 and come back down the ladder.*

*If you cannot complete the burpees on the time alloted, just begin the swings in the next round and get as far as you can.
