Death By Pull Ups

With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. You are done when you cannot complete the required number of reps in that minute.

Burpee Penalty:

Less than 9 Rounds = 40 Burpees
10-14 Rounds = 20 Burpees
15+ Rounds = 0 Burpees

  1. I have good news, bad news and painful news.

    Good News – I increased my number of reps. 12rds+10pu w/green band. Last time was 11rds w/green band. That is +22 pullups!

    Bad News – I didnt get to 15 rounds like I had predicted. FAIL!

    Painful news – I have 6 skin tears on my hands. 4 on left hand and two on right. OUCH! I have pics if you want to see.
