Death By Pull Ups
With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. You are done when you cannot complete the required number of reps in that minute.
Less than 9 Rounds = 40 Burpees
10-14 Rounds = 20 Burpees
15+ Rounds = 0 Burpees
