Seriously folks, it’s hot (not sure if you’ve noticed) so hydrate, bring a towel, be smart during your workout and listen to your body. Each day we WOD is a new day to test ourselves- but- each day holds it’s own challenges. Heat is one of those challenges. Push hard but be safe.
