Spicy Chicken with Sweet Peppers and Bacon

1 pound Boneless Chicken Thighs
1/2 pound Bacon
2 cups diced Sweet Peppers
1 tbsp Salt Lick Dry Rub

Cut up chicken thighs and mix in a glass bowl with Salt Lick rub until coated. Slice up bacon and brown in a sautee pan. Once done, set aside and use half the bacon grease to roast the peppers. Remove peppers and brown chicken in remaining bacon fat. Once chicken is done mix peppers and bacon back in. Enjoy!
